The Sleep Mastery Plan includes a comprehensive sleep assessment, a personalized plan, and 2 weeks of follow-up support. In-Home Care provides hands-on overnight or daytime support right in your home — perfect for families who need direct, in-person assistance.

Yes! Virtual consultations are available to families anywhere in Ontario and across Canada. In-home services are available in the Greater Toronto Area, including North York, Scarborough, Markham, and surrounding communities.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable, so I'm always happy to work with you on finding a new time.
